Edgewood Campus School is a private Catholic school
that is funded exclusively by tuition, fund development,
fund-raising and gifts. The Development Office at
Edgewood Campus School is responsible for the development of funds,
student recruitment and retention, public relations and marketing,
and communication with all constituents. The
Development office contributes to the operating
budget annually. This is accomplished through the Annual Gift Fund
Drive that is held each fall. These annual gifts come in the form of
pledges, cash and stock. The Board of Trustees has a
Development Committee that works with the President and the
Development Director to plan the Annual Gift Fund Drive as well as
to develop relationships, provide donor education, plan for future
Capital Campaigns, foster alumnae relations and research grant
opportunities. Donor recognition and the Annual Report are tools
used to thank donors.
The Home and School
Organization is the parent organization. It serves two functions at
Edgewood Campus School. The first is to build a sense of community
at the school, and the second is fundraising. The committees and
events of Home and School are organized around these two functions.
Each year the Home and School Organization is committed to raise
dollars toward the operational budget. Each year the fund-raising calendar includes drives
like: Innisbrook Gift Wrap Sale, Family Photo Day with Photo
Express, Cinnamon Bread Sales, The Annual President’s Raffle,
Parent’s Night Out, School Supply Sale and SCRIP. |
